This film was commissioned by the ESF (European Social Fund) and the Ministry of Justice and Security for the participation in the ESF Award. The purpose is to promote projects realised by the Ministry and funded by the ESF. Matan Bellemakers achieves this by showing us a personal story of an ex-inmate who participated in a program, which helped him to integrate successfully back into society.
